Linda Russell - Chief Executive Officer
CEO of CollectionCenter for over 40 years, has organized and directed the firm's growth and policies since 1961, taking the reins from her father, Clyde C Cox, who started the office in Rawlins in 1919. Her ongoing commitment to excellence, pleasure in seeing outstanding results for clients, and dedication to ongoing training of staff, combine to our clients the best recovery possible.
Mrs. Russell has the distinction of being the first female ever elected (in 1991) to the office of International President of American Collector's Association.
She was appointed by Senator Craig Thomas to be one of the Wyoming Delegates to the White House Conference on Small Business.
Her public appearances include the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Phil Donahue Show, CNN, CBS, National Public Radio, and many industry convention appearances including presentations on using EDI (electronic data interchange)with Trading Partners, Collection techniques to improve in-house results, and Motivation in the Workplace.
She was the subject of an article in the Wall Street Journal, UPI and National Female Executive Magazine relating to the debt collection industry , as well as testifying before Congress on industry matters.
Mrs. Russell received her degree in science and education from the University of Wyoming and has received both a "Scholar" and a "Fellow" degree from American Collectors Association in Collection Business Management.
Linda is the recipient of ACA's top annual award, the "Paul Bunyan" as well as the prestigious "Continuous Service Award". Linda has taught at the "Collection Business Academy's" held by ACA as well as being a presenter at the International Annual Conventions, and has taught more than 50 seminars nationwide on debt collection matters. She is currently a member of the Wyoming Collection Agency Board and a board member of the North American Collection Agency Regulators Association. [top]
Gerald K. Russell - Corporate Counsel
A graduate of Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska, is an attorney at law licensed to practice in the states of Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado, with over 30 years experience in the field of consumer debt collection litigation. As Lead Corporate Counsel for CollectionCenter he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
He has conducted over 500 collection seminars for credit grantors throughout the entire United States. He is also a certified ACA Instructor.
Mr. Russell has been a member of the National Legislative Council of American Collectors Association which works closely with legislators in Washington DC on collection and related matters, as well as ACA's Chairman of "Open Borders" Committee which is charged with amending state laws to allow easier collection from debtors across state lines.
He was the recipient of ACA's top annual award the "Paul Bunyan" in 1995 for his work on opening the borders for collection activities between states. Mr. Russell has been a speaker at the Faulkner & Grey conferences in 1996 and 1997, and several times at Wyoming conventions such as healthcare and banking.
Mr Russell is a member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors. He has received a "Scholar" and "Fellow" Degree from ACA; and after completing over 20 hours of examinations, he has been recognized as a certified HIPAA Specialist.
Mr Russell has developed a national network of attorneys to handle litigation for his clients such as CollectionCenter, with due diligence standards and guaranteed followup procedures. [top]
Debbie Snyder - Chief Operating Officer
Debbie was literally born and raised in the collection industry, being the granddaughter of the founder, Clyde C. Cox. Debbie Snyder has worked for the collection agency since she was in High School.
After college she returned to the family firm for several years, then accepted a position in banking in Dallas, Tx. for 5 years where she was instrumental in the development of their Disaster Recovery Plan, and in putting into place the VISA Bankruptcy Reduction system. She has worked with several of the best known banking software systems and has been able to set up successful systems in several management capacities both in banking and in the collection industry.
She received the "Key Leadership" award from American Collectors Association in 1995 for her outstanding work with legislation in the state of Utah regarding collection agency licensing.
Mrs. Snyder is the mainstay behind the automation and systems development which enables CollectionCenter to ensure "due diligence" in handling accounts of ANY size profitably for both the client and our agency. She has used the DAKCS system to design follow-through systems which result in assisting the collectors to achieve the most outstanding results in the region. This makes her one of the most valuable members of the top management team. [top]
Marci Russell - Chief Financial Officer
Marci literally grew up in the collection industry. Marci has worked for the agency after school since grade school. She is the third generation in the collection industry. Marci worked for collection agencies in California and Arizona. After graduating from college with a Bachelors degree in Business Operations, and a minor in accounting, she returned to work for CollectionCenter. Ms. Russell has been managing the Fort Collins branch of CollectionCenter since 1991, and has been CFO of the company since 2000. She attended Western Management Institute by Associated Credit Bureaus. Marci has also earned the "Scholar" and "Fellow" degrees from the American Collectors Association. These degrees require over 36 hours of collection management training. Marci has served on the Grievance Committee of the American Collectors Association. She has worked with the DAKCS collection system since 1985 and has trained many on the use of the system. [top]
Dan Russell - Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Dan is currently responsible for much of the day-to-day operation of CCI. He works closely with all department heads and VP's on staffing, facilities, equipment, training and communication.
Dan worked for other agencies in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and South Dakota before coming to work for CCI in 1985. He has also worked with several agencies across the country as a consultant over the years.
A skilled presenter and speaker, Dan has taught over 100 seminars around the U.S. and presents to CCI clients regularly with our "Prescription for Profit" seminar. He is one of less than 75 Certified Instructors for ACA International, the leading trade association of collection agencies in the world. He personally leads many of CCI's training classes and helps to prepare our training materials. Dan also holds both the "Scholar" and "Fellow" degrees in Collection Business Management from ACA and was inducted into the prestigious "International Fellowship of Certified Collectors" in 1995. Dan also served as President of the Professional Debt Collectors' Association from 2005-2007. [top]
Amy Canaday - Vice President Collections
Amy Canaday has been with CollectionCenter since April of 2000. She came to Rawlins in 1997 from Scottsbluff , NE. Amy and her husband Philip have their own vinyl sign business in addition to their full time jobs. She has a son and a step daughter that are both involved in Quarter Midget Racing which has them traveling every weekend during the summer months.
Amy started in the Collections Department in 2000 and became an ACA Certified Collector. After working as a Collector for about 2 years she became a Collection Team Leader and was then promoted to Collection Supervisor. In addition to her certification, Amy has continued her professional training by attending several seminars and in-house training. She has also become well established in handling CollectionCenters Automated Dialer System. One of Amy's top responsibilities is undertaking the initial training of new employees as well as ongoing training with existing employees. She enjoys traveling to the other offices to assist in training as needed. Amy's had the occasional opportunity to deal with our clients for client training and sales of our dialer technology.

Joey Crawford - Vice President Commercial Collections
Mrs Crawford has been a member of the CollectionCenter team since 1979, except for a period during which she and her husband ran their own wholesale flower business in Colorado. After selling that business, Joey returned to CollectionCenter to lead our Government and Commercial collection team. She has years of experience in this area, including handling the Wyoming Department of Revenue and State of Colorado.
She has achieved the status of "Master Collector" with CollectionCenter and has earned the "Scholar" and "Fellow" degrees from American Collectors Association.
Being born and raised in Wyoming in the family of a solid businessman, then owning a business with her husband, in addition to her in-depth training with CollectionCenter has given her a unique understanding of the collection of commercial and governmental accounts.
Her skills include a proven ability to insure "Continuous Quality Improvement" in the performance of our collection team activities to guarantee top results to our clients. [top]
Karla Autrey - Vice President Client Services
Karla Andrews has been with the CollectionCenter Inc. since 1997. Her background in Paralegal Studies and her education in Psychology has afforded her many opportunities to work in areas she loves.
Although Karla's attentive customer service skills were developed in her career as a mother of two, she was able to hone her natural talent in her position as Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator with Encyclopaedia Britannica for the Utah , Wyoming , Idaho and Nevada region. This background in employee-customer relations prepared her for her next position as American Disabilities Compliance Officer for the Utah Transit Authority (UTA).
Karla's duties are many but her greatest fulfillment is derived from her relationship with Clients. She enjoys meeting and talking with clients and asks "How can you have a bad day when your clients appreciate what you do for them and let you know it everyday? I come to work knowing that the service we provide for our clients helps them achieve their goals for their business and that makes me happy." [top]
Ron Bach - Vice President Wyoming Sales
Ron Bach has been involved with the Healthcare industry since joining CCI in 1993. He attends the ACA Healthcare Annual meeting each year and brings back to CCI the latest information available in that industry.
He has been a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 1994 and is active in the Wyoming Chapter. Mr. Bach is also a member of MGMA and has been a presenter during the last several meetings of both organizations.
He attended college at Pittsburg State University studying philosophy and business. He was hired by Gambles-Skogmo in 1967 and managed stores and was the divisional troubleshooter until 1983. At that time he took ownership of a Gambles Home Center in Rawlins, Wy including managing a credit operation with over one million dollars in receivables.
Mr. Bach joined the staff of CollectionCenter in 1993 moving from salesperson to Vice President of Marketing, helping the company become an industry leader in the region. He has developed expertise in HIPAA becoming the company HIPAA Compliance Officer in 2001.
Ron is a member of the ACA Healthcare Services Program, the Wyoming Medical Group Manager's Association, and is on the board of directors of the Wyoming Hospital Financial Manager's Association. [top]
Brad Bingham - Chief Security Officer - Lead Programmer
Brad attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Math and System Design. He has been a key member of the CollectionCenter team since 1995.
He worked for IOMEGA Corporation for 8 years, working his way up to manager with over 50 employees under his direction. He left IOMEGA to accept a programming position with DAKCS software systems where he worked on many projects involving interfacing between collection agency users of DAKCS and their clients including taking special training in EDI, and has attended classes in EDI in Chicago, Seattle, and Utah for EDI programming and implementation.
Brad is obviously well versed in the DAKCS software, which is CollectionCenter's software, and is very capable of getting the hardware and software to interface with our client's system(s) both at start-up and during any future changes. Mr. Bingham's long, varied and successful experience in systems development, programming, and data center operations enables him to lead the top management team in interfacing the technology with our staff in a highly productive manner. Roger Autrey - Vice President Utah Sales
Roger has been with CollectionCenter since 1996. He has served in the Collection Department, Skip Tracing and Utah Office Manager prior to his present position.
He was born, raised and educated in Southern California, He has four children and 6 grandchildren, all of whom live in Utah . Roger has been in the credit and collection industry since 1982
Mr. Autrey has received intensive training while with CollectionCenter, both in house and through American Collectors Association (ACA) and Associated Credit Bureaus (now known as Consumer Data Information Association [CDIA]) including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Skip Tracing and Collector Certification Preparation Seminars. He has attended Government Services training as well as Healthcare Services sessions. He participated in the Rapport Leadership Breakthrough Training in 2001.
Roger was President of the Utah Association of Collectors (UAC) in 2001-2002. He currently sits on the Board of Directors as well as the Board of Directors for Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He has assisted both organizations in such positions as Chairman of the Legislative committee and the Unit Newsletter Committee. He has been a guest speaker at, among others, Utah Dental Association convention; the Salt Lake Community College for International Customer Services Association; (SCORE) Service Corps of Retired Executives Association; and the Small Business Administration (SBA) The Colorado Association of Administrators of Student Loans and Accounts Receivables (CAASLAR) and Pacificorp, Utah Association of Student Loan Administrators (UASLA) covering topics on debt collection as well as "How to Treat People".
In addition to other awards and accomplishments he is the proud recipient of the highly coveted Ruddy-Hodge Memorial Award from the CDIA "Western Management Institute" in Asilomar , California for outstanding performance.

Dani Hall - Vice President Legal Services
Dani Hall joined CollectionCenter in May 2002. She and her husband, Adam, live in Rawlins with their three children.
Dani has become certified as both a collector and a healthcare collection specialist. She quickly worked her way into a Legal Collector position, where she was very successful. In 2007, Dani became the Wyoming Legal Department Manager. As our Legal Department grew, she was promoted to Vice President of the Legal Department in 2008. She is a memeber of our Core Management Team and constantly displays a vast knowledge of the legal and collection systems.
She's been instrumental in identifying programming needed for the legal staff and has been able to pass that information to our software provider. Dani has been very quick to develop new skills throughout her career with CollectionCenter and is always able to adapt. She's very dedicated and has shown outstanding ability to lead our Legal Staff in the proper direction, while working under the supervision of our Attorneys. [top]
Heidi Rood - Vice President Audit & Automated Systems
Heidi Rood joined the CollectionCenter team in 1990. Since coming to CollectionCenter, she has achieved the status of "Master Collector" and has earned Advanced Certified Collector, Certified Skiptracer and the "Scholar" degree from American Collectors Association in Collection Business Management. In addition to her certifications, Heidi has continued her professional education by attending many seminars and in-house training, including completion of ACA's foundational training on Professional Practices Management System.
As our lead corporate auditor, Heidi conducts regular audits on each collection unit, determining the payments made and what preceded each payment to find the most effective method. In addition, she audits each clilent on a rotating basis to ensure due diligence according to their standards and CCI standards. Finally, she audits accounts placed into litigation to ensure the compliance of the attorneys with our agreed upon standards of performance. Information gathered and analyzed by Heidi is presented to the CollectionCenter management team at each weekly meeting, and follow-up training is then scheduled and carried out as indicated.
An important aspect of her life is her family--husband and animals. Heidi is always eager to learn something new and has an Associate Degree in Education. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, visiting the coast and aspiring to become a published author. [top]
