Our majority stockholder, Linda Russell is the daughter of the founder of the firm, C. C. Cox, who started our first office in Wyoming in 1919 - one of the first collection agencies in the state of Wyoming. CollectionCenter has grown to a total of five offices with over 85 employees of whom 32 are professionally trained debt counselors in the Rocky Mountain Region; and through its partner law firm COLLECTION LAW CENTER, owned by Gerald K Russell, attorney at law, covers all 50 states together with the District of Columbia as well as a number of other countries when litigation is approved by the client(s).
Our company headquarters is in Rawlins, WY with offices in Wyoming, Colorado and Utah - and we are licensed in all
Rocky Mountain States.
