We are very pleased to announce that we are fully compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, and GLB requirements so that you can use our services with total confidence and in addition our lead attorney, Gerald K Russell is CERTIFIED as a HIPAA Specialist. Mr Russell and another one of our attorneys, Adam Plotkin, are nationally recognized speakers on these subjects among many others and are called to present to both Collection Agency groups and healthcare associations.

CollectionCenter is already in full compliance with the rules as currently proposed by the Federal Government and have our attorneys researching ongoing as these rules may be amended to keep us able to provide you complete confidence that we, as your business associate, will help you be in complete compliance.

Our compliance officer, Ron Bach, has attended many training programs on HIPAA over the last 4 years and we began our compliance procedures under his direction 4 years ago. Our compliance manuals are completed and ready for inspection by your staff at any time.
