When a collection agency is given a high award from its peers, this is important to the clients of that agency, since it means that agency regularly goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the usual procedures to achieve excellence!

MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD from ACA International for exceptional service - CollectionCenter is the only company in the world with two "Member of the Year" recipients and BOTH are still on staff and available as resources to our employees and clients. Gerald K. Russell is the second person in the history of this award to win it twice!

Only 334 have ever been awarded in the international membership of American Collectors Association spanning over 4000 offices in 53 nations, and CCI is the proud employer of 4 of these special persons!
Key Unit Leadership Award -- An award presented each year to the one person who has given the greatest and most valuable service(s) to their state unit within ACA International. CCI- CLC proudly introduces our TWO winners of this award:
ACA International awards the title of "Certified Collector" to those who have taken special training in compliance with the laws and ethical collection techniques, and have passed a very strict test over these subjects. Currently 4415 collectors nationwide have been so certified. Current collection agency membership in ACA International is 3741 offices. This means that, on average, each member office of ACA International has 1.18 certified collectors on staff.
ACA International awards 2 degrees for completion of educational requirements. The "scholar" for 18 credit hours, and the "fellow" for 36 credit hours.
